So I have known a lot of women in my day and a lot after having kids usually end up having some bladder trouble either when they sneeze or cough or laugh hard. There is no need for embarrassment, especially not now with these wonderful washable absorbent undergarments for men and women. The ones I received were obviously for women and they are the ones you see in the photo above (no that is not me that is one of their photos) but they do look exactly like that. The only thing i didn't like about them is that the waist goes a little higher than the ones in the photo. Wear ever leak control under garments that are in the photo are made of nylon with stretchy lace. the inside is lined with antibacterial fabric that reduce the bacteria that causes odor and they have a waterproof outer layer so you can go about your day and not have to worry about any leaks or wet spots. Their is no need to worry about removable pads or anything because they come with their panties come with a sewn in super absorbent unique dri pad to trap liquid for all day protection
